  8. SpeakFreely is a cross-platform internet chat tool. A GUI version exists for
  9. Windows machines, and a CLI version exists for UNIX. This amiga version is a
  10. port of the UNIX version.

  14.     - special 'half-rate' mode for even lower bandwidth
  15.     - speakfreely, VAT, RTP communications protocols
  16.     - echo-server software for testing

  20. Sound processing is done using AHI. Changes in the 7.1 Unix version include
